Who are we?
We are a team of engineers and designers who have spent their careers building technology that improves our civic and social lives.
We’re just as sad as you are that the business models and incentives behind Big Tech have led us to where we are now.
And that’s why we’re building 3Block. We have no investors to please (which means you’re not the product), and we are philanthropically supported by people who want to see more thriving and interconnected neighborhoods.

We believe real neighborhood ties are good for our neighborhoods, our towns, and might even help us save democracy.
